Service Charge Policy

We charge you 10% (individual purchase), 7% (Business purchase), and 8% (non-profit organization) respectively. This percentage is calculated on the total of all the amount you spend to get the product purchased and shipped to you. Please note that these percentages are subject to change based upon the quantity of the goods you order, especially for business purposes.

Example: Let’s say we purchased for you a product that costs $60, below is an example of how the breakdown is done and how you are charged for our service.

The Breakdown

Product cost:                               ------------------------------- $60.00

Shipping cost to our warehouse: ------------------------------ $4.50

Shipping cost from our warehouse to your destination: - $49.79

                                                                          Subtotal: $114.29

Service charge Calculations:

Individual:  $114.29x10% = $11.43

Final Total: $114.29 + $11.43 = $125.72 (amount invoiced to you)

Business: $114.29x7% = $8.00

Final Total: $114.29 + $8.00 = $122.29 (amount invoiced to you)

Non-Profit:  $114.29x8% = $9.14

Final Total: $114.29 + 9.14 = $123.43 (amount invoiced to you)
